Family therapy focuses on the context in which we live, the relationships in which we are involved, and the impact they have on our everyday lives. Our context may include parents, siblings, extended family, spouse, partner, ex-spouse, ex-partner, children, friends and colleagues.
When a person experiences difficulties in life, one or more of these relationships may be affected. At times, the loss of one of these relationships, or difficulty in the relationship, is the problem itself. In a family therapy session, relational aspects are explored together with the therapist.
In Samtalerommet you can feel free to speak about what you need to speak about and keep to yourself that which you may want to keep to yourself.
Together we can search for new paths, ones that can lead to new horizons.
